Where we fit

An exchange and delivery engine — not another framework.

The social value market has distinct lanes. ELECT occupies one no other platform holds: it organises deliverable supply, matches it intelligently to council demand, and closes the loop into evidenced, defensible SROI.

A curated, AI‑matched social value exchange.

ELECT brings the four parties who shape social value into one room — councils who set and weight priorities, contractors who bid for their contracts, delivery partners who deliver, and venue partners who host. Vetted partners list structured, outcome‑mapped offerings; the platform scores each one 0–10 against every council's published priorities; and contractors use those scores to build, price, schedule, deliver and evidence their commitments end to end — with SROI calculated on the National TOMs.

The social value market has three lanes

Platforms in this space are often spoken of as one market, but they answer different questions. Seeing the lanes is the key to seeing where ELECT sits — and why it complements far more than it competes.

Measurement & frameworks

Own the yardstick — the proxy values and outcome taxonomies that turn activity into a £ figure — and the capture, validation and reporting around it. They answer: "how much is this worth, and is the claim credible?"

Matchmaking marketplaces

Connect contractors with charities and community projects so bidders can find local partners. They answer: "who can I partner with locally to deliver something?"

Corporate giving & CSR

Channel corporate volunteering, donations and surplus product to good causes at scale. They answer: "how does our business give back, and how do we report it?"

Four things that, together,
no other platform combines

ELECT reaches the space between matchmaking and the delivery‑and‑measurement end — from a different starting point.

Curated priced supply

Vetted, RAG‑scored delivery partners offering structured offerings — each with a SKU, a price, an offering type, a cohort size and mapped TOMs outcomes. A managed catalogue of deliverable interventions, not an open directory.

AI alignment scoring

Every offering is scored 0–10 against each active council's priority themes, so relevance is computed at the taxonomy level — not found by manual search.

Built‑in delivery layer

Venue partners contribute spaces with audience‑segment compatibility, so a commitment is schedulable as real delivery events — not merely costed on paper.

A closed loop into SROI

Four‑tier, SHA‑256 hash‑verified evidence feeds a conservative five‑step SROI calculation and versioned report PDFs built for tender audit trails.

What ELECT deliberately does not do

Our scope is intentionally bounded. We are framework‑native — we use TOMs — rather than framework‑owning, and we're built to sit alongside the measurement and matchmaking platforms, not on top of them.

Own a measurement framework
We use the National TOMs to value outcomes; we don't publish or seek to own a competing standard.
Act as the independent validator
We generate structured, evidenced delivery data; we don't position as the assuror of social value claims.
Run corporate giving programmes
No corporate volunteering, donations or surplus redistribution — we're procurement- and tender-centric.
Operate a charity directory
Our supply is curated, priced, outcome-mapped offerings — not an open directory of organisations to sift.

Complement, then connect

Because delivery on ELECT is already TOMs‑coded and evidence‑backed, it feeds clean, structured outcome data into any TOMs‑based reporting environment. TOMs today, with HACT and Loop on our framework roadmap, so you're never locked away from the standard your contract requires. Where there is overlap, our message is consistent: we're happy to be the supply, matching and delivery layer beneath someone else's measurement or assurance layer. We would rather connect than collide.

See the exchange for yourself.

Whether you commission social value, bid for it, deliver it or host it — there's a place for you on the exchange.
